Business Woman of the Year in 1994, Jan Fletcher was an accountant when she took over a family owned single franchise garage in 1974. She went on and built up her company to include a chain of garages and Bryan’s Fish and Chip shop in Headingley. The Fletcher Motor group was quoted as one of Yorkshire’s top 50 private businesses.
